If, within 30 days of receiving your original order, you are not satisfied with your Bzrr Jewelry purchase, you may apply for a refund. The items must be in unused condition, free from any damage, scratches, or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or otherwise altered in any form.
Return Process

- Trackable Mailing Method: When returning items, please use a trackable mailing method. We are unable to process returns without tracking information, as this ensures the safe and verifiable delivery of your return.
- Include Promotional Gifts: If promotional gifts were included with your purchase, they must be returned along with the product. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Restrictions for Specific Goods
Certain items are subject to specific return restrictions:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized.
- Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items, including “Design Your Own” pieces, cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized.
- Personalized Items: Items with personalized engravings or photos cannot be refunded.
- Special Orders: Special orders, including changes in plating and gemstone colors, or purchases of parts of a set separately, cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for a different design with a restocking fee of 35%.
- Custom-Sized Rings: Custom-sized rings are non-refundable, and a custom sizing fee of $20 will apply.
- Worn or Damaged Items: Items without jewelry tags, or those that have been worn, damaged, or altered, will not be refunded.
Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return package. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method, or as a Bzrr Jewelry store credit at your request.
Please note the following:
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, even if you received free or discounted shipping, as we have incurred the shipping cost.
- Remote Area Charges: Remote area charges for the return will not be refunded.
Compensation for Returns
If the return is due to the following reasons, Bzrr Jewelry will compensate $10 towards your return shipping cost:
- Incorrect Item: Receiving the incorrect item.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: Goods that are damaged, defective, or have an engraving error upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue.
For custom orders of premium metals and items made to specific customer requests, a restocking fee of 35% will apply. Fluctuations in the metal market value may affect this fee.
